Resilient is a course designed for male and female students in Grades 7 - 10.
This strength-based program focuses on building confidence, resilience, setting meaningful goals, and fostering positive relationships. Compiling with and complimenting the National Student Wellbeing Program and National Student Wellbeing Framework by providing extra support and resources to student wellbeing.
8 weekly one-hour sessions will take students on a deep dive of topics and themes encouraging teenagers to grow in their personal wellbeing.
